 First of all, you too could make 6 figures. If you would stop and go out and get your share of the markek and open some new accounts. It's all about cases on the truck. Sysco has lost cases and $$$ because they are no longer the dominant giant they once were. It's your turn. U.S. Foods. Just do your job and stop worrying about who makes what and who was given. Sounds like your sales are nothing and your nothing, just waiting for a handout. Your lucky to have a job!

I KNOW YOU, I'm out there every day knocking on doors and opening new business. I go on this site to get a laugh and blow off a little steam. Most of what is written here would get us fired if we actually said these things to Senior Management. It doesn't matter who you work for. |

Hey Anton, No, I do not work for your company however, you satanic worship a$$hole. I have been the industry longer than your devil worshiping green beans have been in the can. So shut your mouth and do your job. If you don't like the changes taking place then move on. From what I know about your current state of affairs, US Foods is making these changes for the better. That's why S.E. Ripoff failed when new players came into town [SYSCO]. So in order to compete, change is necessary. Otherwise, business as usual and someone else will conquer. If it's not SYSCO, then it will be someone else. Why do you think SYSCO is changing their logo and their slogan? Get on with it or get out. Learn how to take an account away and own it instead of picking through someone else’s trash left behind. I KNOW YOUR kind. Now, who's the idiot? Although the post from IKNOWYOU is a little rough it speaks to most of the issues that are discussed on this site. Our business is in the beginning stages of some of the most fundamental changes in memory. Those that can accept, adapt and take advantage of the new strategies and philosophies of their companies will succeed with a lucrative career.
There will be very little security for any of us in this business because, fundamentally, we are not a high skilled industry. That is not meant to impugn any professional's abilities it is just a fact.
Work hard, work smart, be flexible and produce results. If not, your whiny ass will be history.

I KNOW YOU...my complaints have absolutely nothing to do with opening new business, owning accounts, etc... I could bring on 50 new accounts, yet the division's problems will remain unchanged. The problems at this division We are discussing right now have nothing to do with the ability of the sales rep.
This rhetoric you spew is the same in every post you make, get some new material and butt the F out of a divisional thread.

You can find your buddy IKNOWYOU at US Corona. He's about 5' 7", weighs about 200# and drives a pretty fuscia colored Toyota. Ooops, I'm sorry that's a Lexus isn't it? He's got a real nice "farmer tan" from golfing everyday at Eagle Glen and he drinks straight Vodka with just a splash of Cranberry Juice.

OK I finally registered and can now post.
Any way, I'm an old retired foodservice guy that has been gone so long that no one even remembers or cares about.
Yesterday the 6th of Nov. I played a round of golf at Eagle Glen with a bunch of buddies and saw some very serious young men acting very serious and tossing a couple back. It did appear that Eagle Glen was there sort of "command center" as the chef came out and spoke to them with reverence as did the cute young bartender.
Anyway , whose the very serious guy with the little tiny goatee?

Thank you Truth, you are a good man, but I already know who this squat, 3/4 scale fool is. You are right, he is 5'7"......................any way you turn him.
He is right where he belongs, in Corona, where all the embarassments are sent. Just like the old days when families had mentally challenged kids, they kept them in the attic or basement their whole lives, that's what we do, but our attic or basement is Corona.
